Waive (formerly Aquabio) and SeapiX featured in Tekfisk

We are proud to have been featured in Tekfisk on October 20, 2020. The article describes the SeapiX 3D multibeam sonar installed aboard Gerda Marie, which this year set a new Norwegian record in sand eel fishing.

Skipper Stein Magnar Meling has the following to say about SeapiX:

"It was a sonar we hadn't heard of before. And there was so much else new on the boat, so it was deprioritized, but now that it's in use, the fishermen get a completely different picture of what's below the sea surface than with regular echo sounders. We see more of which side of the boat the fish are on and at what depth."
