Waive nominated for NASF Seafood Innovation Award 2025

We are proud to announce that Waive AS is among the seven companies nominated for the NASF Seafood Innovation Award 2025.

The award recognizes groundbreaking innovations in the seafood industry. The seven finalists come from Finland, Iceland, Norway, and France, representing a broad spectrum of innovative solutions – from technological breakthroughs to sustainable production methods.

According to the jury at NCE Seafood Innovation, the companies were evaluated based on several key criteria, including environmental impact, business concept, team competence, and growth potential.

Waive's solution for real-time biomass and fish welfare analysis using advanced sonar and AI contributes to a more sustainable and efficient aquaculture industry.

The finalists will present their ideas to the jury at the North Atlantic Seafood Forum conference on March 5, and the winner will be announced on March 6.
