Aquabio at Nor-Fishing 2022 in Trondheim

After two years of digital trade fairs, it was finally time to meet the fishing industry face to face again. Nor-Fishing 2022 was held August 24–26 at Trondheim Spektrum, attracting over 430 exhibitors and 8,200 visitors from 44 countries.

At our booth, we presented the SeapiX sonar – already in operation on over a hundred fishing vessels worldwide – and shared experiences from Norwegian boats using the system in pelagic fishing. We also got to talk about our ongoing development of sonar technology for the aquaculture industry, where we work on biomass monitoring and species classification in salmon pens.

Nor-Fishing is a unique arena for meeting customers, fishermen, technology suppliers, and researchers together. We thank everyone who stopped by our booth!
